Declan Murphy is a singer songwriter from Holywood, Co. Down.
A number of his songs have been released in 2022 and 2023 examining the common ground in Ulster as part of a concept album in development.
He has also had a number of his poems featured in local and international publications about the same subject matter.
Themes explored include the historical and continued unifying role of boxing in the community, common symbols and figures such as Cú Chuliann, mixed relationships, legacy matters, isolation and inspirational people.
